We took a liking to this image by London artist and designer Jake Evans of carnations cleverly dyed shades of pink, so we decided to investigate further...

... and we uncovered this curious collection of images that we think you may find interesting. Flora Sway consists of drawings, photos, videos and animated gifs. The collection has been inspired by the quote ‘Some stories are true that never happened’. The images at first appear quite disparate, but then you realise that they're all about the manipulation of nature, and our use of nature in our domestic settings, adapting and controlling it to fit in with our unnatural world.
