Japanese and increasingly Western world seem to be taken by the succulent plants. This is why we pulled together images of unusual cacti and succulents collected and beautifully photographed by the Japanese plant artist Kohei Oda. Born in 1976, Oda was inspired by his experience at flower shops during his trip to Paris, and a few years later started working on a design space and a flower shop called Flora Qusamura, which was launched in 2012.
