It's packed full of vitamins and minerals. One kiwi fruit provides you with more than enough vitamin C to satisfy your recommended daily allowance. They also contain folic acid, vitamin E, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, Copper and Chromium which are all beneficial to our bodies.

Kiwis are very tasty and sweet, you can simply slice the top off and eat in with a spoon like a boiled egg, or slice it up and add it to a salad. If you want your kiwi fruit to ripen more quickly then put it in a bag with a banana.

Kiwi fruits aren't too difficult to grow yourself, just plant it in a sunny, sheltered spot in the garden with plenty of space as they can get quite big. You should get fruit from it in three or four years.
