We'd love these cute spacemen planters on our desks. Designed by Matteo Cibic, they are his real alternative to the tamagotchi. These are not cheap plastic novelties; each one is hand crafted from ceramic and glass, and each one is unique. There are plenty of styles to choose from, short and squat, tall and thin, even space plants with their stripy socks on! The planters are supplied without plants, so you can choose the ideal specimen to suit your planter. A cactus works well as you can see from the pictures. Tend to them, give them sunlight and a little water and you'll have a desktop friend for life.
